Government Benefits
  The Government Benefits Unit provides legal representation of claimants in:
  • Social Security in the areas of Disability, Retirement, and Survivor’s Benefits;
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI);
  • CalWORKs (Welfare);
  • Food Stamps;
  • General Relief;
  • Medi-Cal; and,
  • In-Home Supportive Services.

We provide representation at every level of the appeals process including appeals council reviews and district court appeals. We offer representation at administrative hearings.
