The Project helps clients to adjust their status through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Under new amendments to VAWA the Project may assist victims of trafficking and other violent crimes who are eligible for immigration benefits because of their cooperation with U.S. law enforcement to prosecute their offenders.
The Project also assists abused or abandoned children who have no lawful immigration status to obtain permanent residency under a federal law known as Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.

Appointments are required and clients must meet income eligibility guidelines as well as residential eligibility guidelines
and state that you are under the age of 24. Please call (323) 980-3500 to determine your eligibility for our services.
We do not guarantee representation in all cases.
