Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice’s annual awards gala is the organization’s largest fundraiser bringing together over 500 community members. Each year, we celebrate the efforts of those working to promote the safety and stability of domestic violence and sexual assault survivors in low-income communities.

In 2021, we are proud to recognize Judge Thomas Trent Lewis and his dedication throughout the years for the safety and protection of survivors of domestic violence, and his support of low-income communities. Judge Lewis is not only a leader and expert in Family Law, but also an amazing teacher to all in the field. His commitment to trauma-informed lawyering and the wellness of family law attorneys is admirable.
